The project covers an area of 45 acres and is developed in four phases. The total construction area is 520,000 square meters. The concept is construct an art life. The landscape demonstration area is designed by the Longfor Team, which is a five-level garden system and equipped with a fresh air system, together with the French Golden Key Alliance to interpret the meaning of the “Five-star Butler” life. In 2014, it won the first Green Award in the Northwest: the Three-Star Green Building awarded by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and won Guang Sha Award, the highest honor of China Real Estate in 2018.
